Stampin'Up Rose Garden Shadow Box Wedding Card and Box

Hello and Welcome to my Blog!
On this post I am sharing a Shadow Box Wedding Card and Box made with the Rose Garden Thinlits dies and the Timeless Textures stamp set.
See below for Box assembly instructions.

The Shadow Box Card finished size is 7-1/8 x 4-1/2
I followed the tutorial by Amanda Bates click Here to see her instructions on how to assemble this Shadow Box Card base.
On a separate piece of Whisper White card stock cut at 6" X 3-3/4"  I stamped ramdomly with the Timeless Textures stamp set and Wisteria Wonder ink all around the edges to create a background. I cut the two rose pieces from the Rose Garden Thinlits dies in Whisper White card stock and glued them on the frame of the shadow box. I added some Dazzlign Diamonds stampin glitter to both rose cuts.

Box assembly Instructions:
Cut a piece of white card stock at  9"X12"
Score on long side at  5, 5-3/4, 10-3/4, and 11-1/2
Score on short side at  3/4, 7-7/8, 8-5/8

This Shadow Box Card looks difficult however it goes really easy once you assemble the base, and the results are amazing!
I hope you found some inspiration with this project and decide to make your own Shadow Box Cards, and wow your recipients by using Stampin'Up products which make these projects so Unique!

Stampin'Up Market Fresh Thank You Gift Set

Hello and Welcome to my Blog!
Today I would like to share with you a Thank You Gift Set made with the Stampin'Up Market Fresh stamp set and the Berry Basket die.

The Strawberry picking season at our local market starts on February and it goes until May. It has been so amazing this year! I decided to pack some fresh strawberries and bring to my family and friends, and what a fantastic way to do this by using the Stampin'Up Berry Basket die and coordinating Designer Series Papers!
To build the basket I used the Stampin'Up Berry Basket die and Kraft card stock for the base, Cherry Cobbler card stock for the scallop border, 2-1/2 squares cut from the Farmers Market Designer Series Paper to decorate.

I made this card to complement the basket.  I used the Market Fresh stamp set and Farmers Market designer series paper, I stamped image on Shimmery White paper and used the Aqua Painters to watercolor it. The colors I used are Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive and Soft Suede. The image fits perfect on the 2-1/2 circle punch and I cut an extra layer of Cherry Cobbler with the Circles framelits. The Apothecary Accent die is retired; however you can substitute by using one of the Deco Labels framelits. I used the Softly Falling Embossing folder on the first layer of Very vanilla card stock to blend in with the soft dots on the designer series paper background.
Other supplies used are: Burlap ribbon, Antique Brads, Woodgrain embossing folder, Clothespins.

Stampin'Up products really make gift packaging so attractive and unique, I really enjoyed making these projects and I hope the gift recipients like them too!
I also hope you liked these projects and found some inspiration to make your own gift sets, if you would like to shop for any of the Stampin'Up products used here please visit my Website HERE.

Stampin'Up Flowering Fields Card Set and Portfolio

Hello and Welcome to my Blog!
Today I would like to share with you a set of cards and portfolio made with the Stampin'Up Sale-A-Bration Flowering Fields and Perfect Pairings Stamp Sets along with the coordinating Wildflower Fields Designer Series Paper. These Sale-A-Bration promotion free items are so amazing ! My friend Gina Barker who is a very talented Paper Crafter and I got together in a challenge to create each of us a project made with these Free items and this is what I came out with.
I wanted to create a set of cards for different occasions and the Perfect Pairings Stamp Set worked really great for this project.

I also wanted these cards to be placed in a Portfolio style carrier or box by using only one sheet of 8-1/2 X 11 piece of card stock plus 2 extra small pieces; the procedure will be explained bellow.

This is the Portfolio closed and ready to be stored or give away as a gift.

The Portfolio finished size is 6 X 4-1/2 X 1.

The following pictures show the process on how to build this Portfolio.
You will need a piece of card stock 8-1/2" X 11" and 2 extra pieces cut at 1" X 2" fold in half on short side, these pieces will be attached to sides of the bottom sections as you see in picture above.
Score it on long side at: 1/2, 5, 6, and 10-1/2.
Score it on short side at: 2 and 2-1/2. Remove the small sections as you see on picture above and attach the 2 extra pieces to the sides as described above.

Add adhesive to the large tabs as you see in this picture and glue them towards the center. This process ensures that the edges of your Portfolio will have a nice finish.

Attach the 2 extra pieces to the bottom tabs as you see in this picture.

This is how it looks so far.

Cut a piece of Designer Series Paper size 5-7/8 X 9-7/8 and score in center at 4-3/8, 5-3/8 and attach this piece first at spine then on the top side panels.

This is a view from the apposite side so you can see how the extra pieces you added are being attached to the top panels to form the bottom boxes where the cards will be placed.

This is how it looks already done from Inside :)
The outside of your Portfolio you can decorate as you wish.

The Following is Gina's project which is another Awesome idea! I love the way she used the Flowering Fields stamp set to create beautiful portraits of these flowers.  She created a set of 4 notecards and a box to hold them.

If you would like to order a set of cards already made from Gina Barker or if you have questions about her project  you can contact her at:  g_barker97@hotmail.com for more information.

I hope you liked these project ideas and get inspiration to make lots of these Portfolios or Card Boxes and have them ready for beautiful gift sets for family and friends.

Stampin'Up Love Blossoms Gift Set

Hello and Welcome to my Blog!
Today I am sharing an adorable Valentines Gift Set made with the Love Blossoms collection. I wanted to create a gift set that can be given to your Mom, Grandmother, Aunt, Teacher, Sister, Daughter, a Friend, or anybody you wish.
I also wanted to simplify this project by using only one stamp set and coordinating designer paper with other accesories so you can see it is doable, simple and very easy.

This box was made with the Gift Box Punch Board and it is perfect to hold my set of 3x3 note cards. I used a piece of Crumb Cake card stock that measures 8 X 8 and follow instructions for a box size 3.25 x 3.25 x 1.75.

Please watch this Video Tutorial from Dawn Griffith to learn how to make this amazing Fancy Fold Card.

I made this box also using the Gift Box Punch Board. I used a piece of 8 X 8 crumb cake card stock, and punch and score on "M" on one side and "L" on next side and again repeating procedure on the other two sides, ommiting the diagonal score line and I cut the top flap as you see in picture.

This gift set is perfect to be displayed on your desk, you will have a note card and valentine treats ready to give away to your friends or coworkers, and at the same time it will decorate your environment :)
I hope you can not resist to make your own gift set and start enjoying it.
If you would like to order the supplies I used for this project please click on any of the items in the moving carousel or visit my Stampin'Up website HERE.

Paper Pumpkin December 2015 Kit

Hello and Welcome to my Blog!
Today I want to share with you the Paper Pumpkin December 2015 kit - One Great Year Calendar. I had so much fun building this project, and I think the Paper Pumpkin designing team did a great job, the colors are soft and the embellishments are whimsical, you will enjoy looking at every single one of the pages. I wanted to leave it just like they created it, except I just switched some of the colors, and added some basic pearls and rhinestones to the flowers,  you will see that on my pictures below.

Please whatch this video tutorial so you can see how this kit is created originally:

These are the Calendar Pages the way I built them.

You can place your pages on the gold metal stand provided in the kit.

Or you can opt like I did here by binding the pages using a couple of 1 inch binding rings, very easy and this method will keep your pages together neatly.

The picture below shows how I stamped the back of each calendar page with the Writitng Notes stamp set, and I also used the "birthday" sentiment from the Endless Birthday Wishes stamp set and I hand wrote the "s" at end of the word by using a coordinating stampin marker. This will allow me to write some important birthdays on the back of each month.

I hope you enjoyed this Paper Pumpkin project as much as I do. If you would like to Subscribe to Paper Pumpkin now is a perfect time to do it, starting January 5, 2016, if you purchase a 3 month Pre-Paid subscription you will not only Save but you will automatically qualify for a Free item from the Sale-A-Bration promotion ( Check back on January 5,2016 as I will be posting the New Sale-A-Bration Brochure here on my Blog so you can see all the FREE items you can get for every $50 purchase) .
